When we prosper in the abundance mindset, where we know that all good things are ours in Christ, we carry Kingdom emotions of love, peace and joy. Our will is totally submitted to God. Everything in our lives are in kingdom alignment. This is our true inheritance as saints in the light.</p><p>We could say that our soul is singing with thankfulness and joy in God's goodness and grace.</p><p>It is almost like your body is listening to the sound of your soul and will respond accordingly.</p><p><strong>DIFFERENT ATTITUDES, DIFFERENT RESULTS!</strong></p><p>We have all seen how a grumbling, complaining mindset causes an atmosphere of resentment around a person. This is physically seen in a downward curve of the mouth and a slump in the posture. Someone with a thankful attitude always has a smile and a lilt in their walk, their atmosphere light and vibrant - head held high and body upright. Unfortunately it doesn't end there. </p><p><strong>IT STARTS IN THE THINKING BOX!</strong></p><p><strong>"As a man thinks in his heart, so is he" (Prov.23:7). </strong></p><p>The state of mind and emotions also have an effect on the physical well-being of the body. Negative mindsets and attitudes cause toxins to be released into the blood stream.</p><p>It is believed that at least 90% of illnesses are originating in the mindset of unforgiveness, resentment, bitterness, jealousy, strife, stress, fear, discontent and anything negative!</p><p><strong>REALITY CHECK!</strong></p><p>So let's do a reality check: What is on your mind? What burden, fear or worry do you carry in the subconscious? And what are the emotions that you carry inside?</p><p>What is the prevailing sub-conscious reality which you have been carrying with you all your life? Maybe you think of yourself as "the bright girl who never had a father", or "the woman whose husband had an affair and the whole town knew it", or "the person who was never valued", and the list goes on.</p><p>The good news is that the blood of Jesus has the healing power to heal us of all trauma, so that we can truly enjoy the freedom of abundant living in the glory!</p><p>The bad news is that, if you do not allow the Holy Spirit to deal with these issues, bringing healing to the trauma in your emotions, mind and memory, it will eventually have a negative effect in your body.s</p><p>Remember, whatever you think, is going to manifest in your body - negative or positive. It is for you to choose: Life or death?</p><p><strong>THE POWER OF REPENTANCE AND FORGIVENESS</strong></p><p>The first step to wholeness always contains repentance of the things that are out of line, which means a return to God's order according to the Word.</p><p>The second is to make sure that I have no "ought" against anyone. Walking in forgiveness is key. </p><p><!--wp:paragraph-->

be sound in mind, we need to be strengthened by the Spirit in our inner man
with the power of His might, His dunamis resurrection power.<u5:p class=""></u5:p><o:p></o:p></div>

When
traveling to and through different nations, it’s amazing to observe the variety
in God’s creative genius – especially when moving through airports. It is an
ongoing creative kaleidoscope of color, race, shape, size, sound and
disposition – coming forth in such beautiful potential with endless possibility
in the development of talents, gifts and skills into prophetic destiny.<o:p></o:p></div>

<span style="background-color: white; color: #1d2228; font-family: "helvetica neue", helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">Remember, light contains no darkness. God is light and in Him is no darkness at all. We are children of the light and are to walk in the light of His countenance.</span><br />
<div class="yiv9487342029MsoNormal" style="background-color: white; color: #1d2228; font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">

<div class="yiv9487342029MsoNormal" style="background-color: white; color: #1d2228; font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">
To have our mind in the clarity of a silent pond without ripples, spelling perfect peace, we need to identify and deal with the under currents of negative input that move around in the sub-conscious and deep unconscious parts of our soul.</div>
<div class="yiv9487342029MsoNormal" style="background-color: white; color: #1d2228; font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">

<div class="yiv9487342029MsoNormal" style="background-color: white; color: #1d2228; font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">
In my understanding and awareness, we can carry unresolved issues in the deep “unconscious” memory without knowing it. These are often deep hurts or shame that we have “buried” because we do not want to deal with it. These wounds in the unconscious mind can cause blockages in our growth, mostly through fears that prevent us from moving forward in the liberty of the Spirit. </div>
<div class="yiv9487342029MsoNormal" style="background-color: white; color: #1d2228; font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">
<br /></div>
<div class="yiv9487342029MsoNormal" style="background-color: white; color: #1d2228; font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">
Asking God to free us from all hindrances by bringing these issues to light, will give us the opportunity to deal with it by His grace, receiving freedom and healing so that we can move forward into our destiny.</div>
<div class="yiv9487342029MsoNormal" style="background-color: white; color: #1d2228; font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">

<div class="yiv9487342029MsoNormal" style="background-color: white; color: #1d2228; font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">
The subconscious mind usually carries anxiety and stress about things that currently concern us, which also prevent us from living life to the full. These stresses are just below the surface, hidden away from the people around us, but yet our behavior patterns, tone of voice, pre-occupation and “absent”-mindedness are the tell-tale signs of their presence. Sometimes they will surface when we open our mouths, revealing the subconscious “sounds” that we carry.</div>
<div class="yiv9487342029MsoNormal" style="background-color: white; color: #1d2228; font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">

<div class="yiv9487342029MsoNormal" style="background-color: white; color: #1d2228; font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">
Things that brought turmoil and trauma in our lives need to be dealt with by repentance and forgiveness, asking the Lord to wash it out of our memories by His precious blood and also cleanse our emotions from trauma.</div>
<div class="yiv9487342029MsoNormal" style="background-color: white; color: #1d2228; font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">

<div class="yiv9487342029MsoNormal" style="background-color: white; color: #1d2228; font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">
Having done so, we still have to daily deal with the things that we pick up along the way: Worries, fears and concerns show that we do not really trust God with the details of our lives.</div>
<div class="yiv9487342029MsoNormal" style="background-color: white; color: #1d2228; font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">
As He puts the light on it, we can hand it over to Him to take care of, putting all our trust in the Lord.</div>
<div class="yiv9487342029MsoNormal" style="background-color: white; color: #1d2228; font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">

<div class="yiv9487342029MsoNormal" style="background-color: white; color: #1d2228; font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">
Defilement in the form of bad reports, violent visuals (like something in the news media), an encounter with an offensive person or any situation where we have had a bad attitude, words, reactions, or such have to be dealt with in order to be saturated in light.</div>
<div class="yiv9487342029MsoNormal" style="background-color: white; color: #1d2228; font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">

<div class="yiv9487342029MsoNormal" style="background-color: white; color: #1d2228; font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">
As we come before the Lord before going to sleep, asking the Holy Spirit to shine His light on anything that could have grieved Him during the day, the cleansing goes deep through repentance, forgiveness and cleansing by the precious blood of Jesus.</div>
<div class="yiv9487342029MsoNormal" style="background-color: white; color: #1d2228; font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">

Adopt this as a daily practice to make sure that your soul (mind, will and emotions) stay clear and transparent in the light so that God can drop His thoughts into your spirit, filling our whole being with His light and glory. </div>

in worship I had a vision of different layers in the mind and emotions, going
down even into cellular level.</span><br />
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-margin-top-alt: auto;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-margin-top-alt: auto;">
<span style="font-family: Times, Times New Roman, serif;">The
Lord was showing me that, as we come in contact with different people and
situations during the day, we receive different impressions that “pile up” over
our minds and emotions in layers of different intensities, causing stress
levels to build up – even unto cellular level - until we feel overwhelmed with
too much to cope with. We can cover up our stressful state with a façade, but
sooner or later (when the pressure gets too much), the true colors of our mind
and emotions will be exposed and we will reach breaking point.<u5:p class=""></u5:p><o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-margin-top-alt: auto;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-margin-top-alt: auto;">
<span style="font-family: Times, Times New Roman, serif;">This
is totally unnecessary, as the wonderful provision of the Lord is to “unload”
these things, processing it one by one in His Presence, as they come. In so
doing, we avoid pile-ups and we are constantly being renewed in the spirit of
our minds, so that we never need to be overwhelmed mentally or emotionally, or
suffer the effects of stress on cellular levels. <u5:p class=""></u5:p><o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-margin-top-alt: auto;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-margin-top-alt: auto;">
<span style="font-family: Times, Times New Roman, serif;">The
secret place is where we not only unload, releasing the things which affect us
negatively, but also the place of strengthening in His Presence to be endowed
with divine wisdom through the Word of the Lord, and empowered with the dunamis
of the Spirit. This is our portion and our inheritance in Christ: the resurrection
power of the Spirit - to apply into every situation, seeing strongholds
shatter! <u5:p class=""></u5:p><o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-margin-top-alt: auto;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-margin-top-alt: auto;">
<span style="font-family: Times, Times New Roman, serif;">Of
course, this is why there is such an assault on our quiet times with the Lord.
If the enemy can steal our time with God, he also steals our peace and joy, for
in the natural we simply do not have the ability or the strength to overcome
his vicious assaults on our minds and emotions.<u5:p class=""></u5:p><o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-margin-top-alt: auto;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-margin-top-alt: auto;">
<span style="font-family: Times, Times New Roman, serif;">When
we are burdened with the cares of this world, we cannot hear God’s voice, so we
are literally operating in the wisdom and strength of man. This will not bring
us anywhere.<u5:p class=""></u5:p><o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-margin-top-alt: auto;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-margin-top-alt: auto;">
