Session 1

3 John v.2 (Ampl)  "Beloved, I pray that in every way you may succeed and prosper and be in good health [physically], just as [I know] your soul prospers [spiritually]."

There is such a great key to health and wholeness in this verse!

Our soul consists of the mind, will and emotions. When we prosper in the abundance mindset, where we know that all good things are ours in Christ, we carry Kingdom emotions of love, peace and joy. Our will is totally submitted to God. Everything in our lives are in kingdom alignment. This is our true inheritance as saints in the light.

We could say that our soul is singing with thankfulness and joy in God's goodness and grace.

It is almost like your body is listening to the sound of your soul and will respond accordingly.

We have all seen how a grumbling, complaining mindset causes an atmosphere of resentment around a person. This is physically seen in a downward curve of the mouth and a slump in the posture. Someone with a thankful attitude always has a smile and a lilt in their walk, their atmosphere light and vibrant - head held high and body upright. Unfortunately it doesn't end there.

"As a man thinks in his heart, so is he" (Prov.23:7).

The state of mind and emotions also have an effect on the physical well-being of the body. Negative mindsets and attitudes cause toxins to be released into the blood stream.

It is believed that at least 90% of illnesses are originating in the mindset of unforgiveness, resentment, bitterness, jealousy, strife, stress, fear, discontent and anything negative!

So let's do a reality check: What is on your mind? What burden, fear or worry do you carry in the subconscious? And what are the emotions that you carry inside?

What is the prevailing sub-conscious reality which you have been carrying with you all your life? Maybe you think of yourself as "the bright girl who never had a father", or "the woman whose husband had an affair and the whole town knew it",  or "the person who was never valued", and the list goes on.

The good news is that the blood of Jesus has the healing power to heal us of all trauma, so that we can truly enjoy the freedom of abundant living in the glory!

The bad news is that, if you do not allow the Holy Spirit to deal with these issues, bringing healing to the trauma in your emotions, mind and memory, it will eventually have a negative effect in your body.s

Remember, whatever you think, is going to manifest in your body - negative or positive. It is for you to choose: Life or death?

The first step to wholeness always contains repentance of the things that are out of line, which means a return to God's order according to the Word.

The second is to make sure that I have no "ought" against anyone. Walking in forgiveness is key.

Come before the Lord in a humble bow and ask the Holy Spirit to show you the things that need to change. Then, repent before Him and choose to forgive all people who have harmed you, not forgetting yourself. Receive God's forgiveness and see how He washes you with the precious blood of Jesus - white as snow - as if you have never sinned against Him. Yes! That is how great His love is for you. Now ask Him to restore everything in your life and bring you into divine alignment with His will so that you can walk into the blessings.

You will find the "how-to" in Lesson 4 on this Blog.

I pray that you will open your heart wide that the Lord can bring you into wholeness by the Power of the Blood of Jesus and the working of the Holy Spirit.
